Avoid this company at all costs. Our warranty company selected them to diagnose and repair our central a/c-heat unit. Following 4 recalls after the initial visit, our warranty company sent out another contractor. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and now we have a new outside unit. Total Air Care could not locate a major, irreparable leak in the outside coil in 5 tries - think about that!!
WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT USE!! I live in Florida and my AC had been broken for a MONTH! Total Air Care has sent a tech to my house FOUR times and it's still broken. I have had a fan motor on order for NINE days now, and I can't even get someone to call me back! I have been told repeatedly that a supervisor will call me back by the end of the day, but not one ever does! They don't answer their emails either. I would give them a big fat zero if I could. After a month and 2 appointments that they were bringing the part to fix it. Then both times told they don't have the part, after waiting 4 hours each time.. you wait 20 minutes everytime you call. Nobody knows anything. I suggest you request a different company like I finally did.
