My home warranty company keeps assigning this company. I bought this house is late Aug 2020 and they’ve been here 4 times so far. First guy did something outside and it still works. Second guy took a week to get here and then claimed he didn’t have correct motor to fix blower inside. Third guy brought new motor, after more waiting, and all seemed well. For about 10 days. Garbage scam customer service extremely poor
Called Total Air Care because the A/C stopped working. Travis got it going, but it stopped working again 9 days later. They couldn't come out for several days and when they did finally make it out, Travis said he would need to order a part to repair. Part will be in in a few days. No problem! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A MONTH TO GET A REPAIR. THEIR SCHEDULING SYSTEM IS A JOKE AND THEY CAN'T COMPLETE A JOB ONCE THEY GET THERE. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH A VENDOR - AND I AM A PROPERTY MANAGER AND DEAL WITH MANY MANY VENDORS.
1st Tech came out to my home got the AC running but didn't blow out the unit and caused damage to my ceiling from the water over flow they sent a second tech out he supposedly did what the 1st tech did do and now i still have a mess in my kitchen he assured my husband would be contacting us about the damages he took pictures and all i haven't heard from anyone and my issues haven't been resolved
I had the worse experience ever with this company. They requested payment in advance and did not perform the service..Against my better judgement ... I paid the out of pocket fees in advance. After two visits they decided they needed additional parts and here it is my second week with out air. No one from the company has bothered to call with an update. If you want a good cleaning on your hvac. Do not contact total air care. They do not even take the casement off for preventative maintenance . You will surely waste your money . Terrible experience with twice yearly maintenance. Waste of 140$.
Total Air Care has been very incompetent and negligent in repairing my home A/C unit. I have been dealing with the company for nearly a year now. They have been out to my home 6 times within the last month. To date my unit is still not working and temperatures are over 90 degrees easily in my house. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do not waste your time or money! Due to faulty and negligent work, the technician did not replace a safety mechanism properly which caused major water damage to my ceiling (AC unit in attic) and now the company refuses to take responsibility for their actions. Manager (Mike) stated that I did not see him being negligent and can not prove he did not replace it correctly so not responsible.
