Total air sucks the workers are great people. Most haven't a clue how to fix an ac. And the boss Gavin is a complete tool.i wouldn't let them work on my ex wife ac and I hate my ex

Never in my life wrote a review but it's no way this reviews are from the same company I have been dealing with since March must have employees writing these 4-5 star reviews. They have poor communication skills with the client. Staff is not understanding the needs of clients with medical conditions.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You can’t speak to a supervisor until customer service sends them an email and the supervisor will get back to you within 24-48 hours. It took 5 times for them to get my AC working. Hoping it doesn’t break again. My AC was out for 3 1/2 weeks in the middle of June/July. The tech was super nice and very respectful.
Worse experience that I have ever had...not only with this company but also with AMerican Home Shield. After 4 technicians came in the span of 4 weeks...my air conditioner was still broken...technicians lied about my problem...they really never did anything when they came just carried tools...at one point one said I needed an evaporator coil and 10 lbs of freon for $1000...my unit was totally full so he didn t even check the unit...finally hired a local technician in my community...he fixed the problem which was the therm... read more
Complete crooks with techs that know nothing about there job. Its a money scam use at your own risk.
Very sad that I am trying since last 4 business days to get the invoice to see what the tech has done, I keep getting the answer , you will get it in 24 then called they said in 48 hours , every time I called a new excuse, and I am still in limbo , I am very disappointed with such an unprofessional handling, check them out you will get to know them ,
Don't use this company. Read dreadful reviews on Angie's List, Yelp, and a site where its own employees give it a miserable rating. We were selling a condo at 10075 Gate Parkway N, Condo 1805, Jacksonville, FL, 32246, and the inspector had two items: 1. Recommended that a 3-ft section of the insulation around the refrigerate line be replaced. 2. “There is a small amount of dirt and debris found on the A-Coil.
