3 months, over 20 tech visits, hours on the phone, AC still doesn't work. $1500.00 gone.
they are TOTAL CROOKS.......over 10 weeks we have been without air in record breaking temperatures because of these crooked unprofessionals. A warranty claim was filed through our First American Home Warranty. Of which it took Total Air Care 11 days to get someone out to even look at it. They discovered we needed a new evap cool. Advised us they would turn that into warranty company and would be back ina few days to fix but they would call to schedule the time. Takes atleast 20 minutes to get to the first contact person. The automated phone service will leave you on hold for over an hour. This company simply just doesn't care about their customers. My ac unit quit working in February 2019 and my warranty company contracted total air. As of now (4 months later), they have diagnosed the HVAC unit twice. Worst customer service! On hold for 55 minutes with no answer. Called at 4:30pm ok a Monday. Techs do not know what they r doing. Every tech seems to find a different issue than the previous tech.
Very unprofessional with terrible customer service. Our air has been out for 6 weeks. I was told a week and a half ago that our part was in, and they scheduled an appointment for today between 12-4. I took off work and waited for the technician. At 3:15 I received a text stating that the technician was on his way, but he never arrived. Paid them $1500.00 to replace the line set on my A/C. It has taken weeks to get a quote, get the right techs out to the house, and it still isn't fixed. Tech said he was going to Lowe's and never came back. They left trash, Gatorade bottles in my attic. They damaged the exterior of my home while running the new lines, which are now hanging (literally blowing in the wind) form a vent in the attic. I have to have another company come in to fix what they did. Awful.
Dispatch is nice. Took 11 days to close AC ticket. 1st tech had no idea what to do, 2nd tech said was a valve, 3rd tech was a no show, 4th tech finally discovered our nest was not sending the correct voltage. I wouldn't call them an HVAC company all three techs (who did show) had someone walking them through what to do over the phone. Do yourself a favor and watch a YouTube video, save yourself the $$ for home warranty and service calls. It's all a scam, and this company works exclusively for them.
Sitting here in my hot house with nothing better to do. This Company has been to my house 3 times in the last two months and I still don’t have a working system. I wonder how many trips before I’m completely fixed.
This company sucks. The service. The owners. They all suck. If you’re interested in a biased job as an employee or not having your hvac system corrected until the 4th time around this is definitely the company for you!
