If i could give negative number i would. Waiting since June 21 for the air in my house to be fixed. They have been on site several time and can never seem to order the correct part. By the time its fixed the summer will be over. Not a good thing when you live in SE Georgia have baby on site.
I spoke to total air about coming out to service the unit. They agreed to come and then didn't show. When I called back to see what happened, they didn't care they just said that they notified the technician and he didn't make it. They then had me wait 4 days to get it scheduled again and refused to move me up earlier. I then had the technician come out and they determined that there was a part needed. It took them 2 days to order the part and another 6 days to get the part in. They then want me to wait another 7 days ... read more
They suck!
Very unproffesional & technicians are unqualified to fix AC units. Always different diagnosis & the technicians arent equipped with proper tools. They dint get paid hourly they get paid by the job so many times they already have their minds made up on what they are going to tell the customer to come back. Then the so called managers @ Total Air Care have no clue in how to help. Shut them down!!
Just a question....... Are any of these review's from West Monroe, LA area (North Louisiana) I've got a/c service call in and I'm beginning to freak out!!!
We bought our house 4 1/2 years ago. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with Total Air care. Every time you call you will have to wait on hold to talk to someone. It does not matter the time of day they will make you wait. Once you finally talk to someone they usually will have to transfer you because "that's not their job" then you will have to wait for a while longer. TotalAirCare changed a capacitor. 2 weeks later the a/c broke again. They diagnosed a fan motor. It has now taken 1 month to come out and diagnose the motor, ship the motor and come back to repair. Their response to my concerns is there’s nothing they can do. It’s 90 inside my home!
On 16 Jun 19, our blower fan in the attic shelled out rendering our central air conditioning inoperative. American Home Shield (AHS) contracted with Total Air Care (TAC) and TAC contacted us on 17 Jun 19 to schedule a diagnostic appointment. They could not get us in until 20 Jun 19 even though we explained to them that my wife is 2 months pregnant and we have a 2-year old toddler with expected Black Flag heat index days. Our time appointment came and went on 20 Jun 19 and we called TAC after the technician missed his window.... read more
