Honestly the only thing good about them is sometimes the pricing, poor technicians, very poor customer service. Shoot I dont even want to rant how bad it all is
Came to fix a minor water leak in AC, broke a part and refused to fix it without being paid for a part they broke. 1 month later there is water damage from a drain in the mid floor that they burst. Since then mold and mildew have saturated my home, sent us to doctors, killed a cat, my ceiling is falling in, my floor upstairs has buckled, I can't run either AC. Filed a claim with my insurance and will file a lawsuit. Insurance claim alone is a $2,500 deductible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
