RecommendedTOK gave a FIVE STAR experience yesterday when the techs did the scheduled maintenance on my eleven old 4Runner, and recommended I needed four new tires! They put the new tires on and the maint check up went perfect. My TOK service technician (at the front entrance) was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I am a TOK customer for over fifteen years. I would NEVER go anywhere except TOK. They are trust worthy.

I stopped by without an appointment (maintenance light on, low tire pressure, headlight) and the Service department was very cheerful and got me right in. I have been a Toyota customer for years and love Kirkland Toyota. The waiting area is comfortable and I can get work done while I wait. More importantly, the customer service is excellent and the work done quickly.
