I had a fine experience here but to be honest i did not appreciate it when I was told that my car needed a jump when i picked it up because the battery was old. When I asked if a light had been left on I was told "nah the battery probably just needs to be replaced'. i said 'okay' and got in the car and the overhead light was on. im guessing this was turned on when they replaced my airbag which is why the battery would have died in the 2 days my car was there. i did not appreciate hearing that i needed a new battery rather... read more
I was able to drive right in and get my drive belt replaced. TOK's prices are very reasonable and I enjoy their new building. I'm able to relax with a free soda and cookie while I wait.

Just had my first appointment with Michael Bishop to lease a RAV4. Customer service was excellent throughout the dealership. Very happy with my decision to go with Toyota.
They were helpful and available. On Jan. 2nd, I stopped by just for a battery for my remote key and thought well since I'm here I'll ask about servicing my car which was due in about 500 miles. I hadn't actually intended to do it right then. BUT, they were able to do it without scheduling an appointment and I was out of there in less than 2 hours. It was so convenient for me right then!!
