Toyota of Kirkland cares about customer service. The GM Kevin Burton truly cares about making sure that his team provides the best service. They provide full transparency and want to make sure that your car purchase is the best decision for you. Typically I feel that I'm being sold on things I don't need, but that was not the case here. I take my truck in to get serviced, maintenance and detailed here even though I live in Everett area because Dustin has been my customer service rep and he is always super friendly and helpful. As a female getting work done on a vehicle, most places trying and up sell you in services that are not needed. I feel confident leaving my truck there with him because he’s not pushy to have me do services that are not necessary but gives me honest feedback on what I do need.
