My husband and I went in looking for a new car for myself. Our sales representative Jay was awesome, he never pushed us in to something we didn't want, he listened to what it was we wanted out of a car, and even let us take a model out for the day on a test drive to run all our errands. They worked really hard on getting the numbers where we needed them to be for payments! It was a great day, and I would highly recommend them! Go see Jay!
I had to have repair work done and it involved an insurance claim. My service advisor delt with the insurance, sent them all information and all went so smooth. My car was repaired and I was very happy with the courteous service I received.
Oil change and 12 ( or so) points check
They were wonderful salesman. I came in there with a number in my head, knew ew exactly what I wanted and they met every need, and produced amexactly what i was looking for. I have no regrets whatsoever, and am genuinely grateful for all of them.
I won't take my truck anywhere but Toyota of Kirkland for service. Mr. Mackin, the service manager, is amazing! He and his team are always going out of their way to make sure every detail is taken care of and that all options are clearly and precisely laid out in order for me to make the best decisions about maintenance on my Tundra.
