Our recent purchase at Toyota of Kirkland of a 2017 Highlander was as easy and smooth as it gets. We had shopped on line and worked our deal on the phone. When we arrived everything was ready. Barry Kennelly was our salesperson and handled everything. Very nice facility. All COVID-19 protocol was in place. Everyone we met was professional and helpful. Thanks Toyota of Kirkland we will recommend doing business with you to everyone.

Our experience was top notch! Geraldo, our salesperson, was professional, friendly and super easy to work with. We felt like we were at Nordstrom. And Maxwell in Finance was equally professional, friendly and easy to work with.

I had a fine experience here but to be honest i did not appreciate it when I was told that my car needed a jump when i picked it up because the battery was old. When I asked if a light had been left on I was told "nah the battery probably just needs to be replaced'. i said 'okay' and got in the car and the overhead light was on. im guessing this was turned on when they replaced my airbag which is why the battery would have died in the 2 days my car was there. i did not appreciate hearing that i needed a new battery rather... read more
