Good service and speed, understood I knew what I wanted and catered to me.
I stopped by without an appointment (maintenance light on, low tire pressure, headlight) and the Service department was very cheerful and got me right in. I have been a Toyota customer for years and love Kirkland Toyota. The waiting area is comfortable and I can get work done while I wait. More importantly, the customer service is excellent and the work done quickly.
I just had a great experience with a recall service.
We were dreading the process of buying a car until we happened to stop by TOK. Galo Martinez took the pain out of the process without any pressure whatsoever. There were some problems in the process initially, but they were addressed immediately by several of the staff and ultimately everything came out perfectly. Go see Galo and you won't be disappointed. We LOVE our new RAV4.
Toyota of Kirkland is easy to schedule with, they run on time and are true to the time estimates. The waiting room is comfortable. I'm very happy using the service dept at Kirkland.
Toyota of Kirkland has been a great find. They have now not only helped me with finding the right cars for myself, my wife, and my daughter, but also have provided us with great customer service post purchase as well. They are decent. Nice waiting area, clean, tasty mini cafe. Car comes back happy. But Leifs in Beaverton is best! With any car!!
