Fantastic experience! Karl from sales helped me buy a 2015 highlander. Karl was patient, helped arrange test drive, explained to me the trim details. He didn't come across as a pushy salesman. He seemed genuine. Danny from finance was super friendly and helpful. Toyota of kirkland building is nicely decked out with modern decor. TOK staff extended courtesy and made sure someone is looking after you. They offered refreshments as we waited to finalize the trade in and sign all the paperwork. RecommendedI just wanted to write this review to give props to the service we received from Toyota of Kirkland during our SUV shopping. Our first stop in our search for an SUV was at Ford of Kirkland and I have to say that was the worst experience ever. The service over there is none-existent, not even a "Hi" or "Hello" or "Do you need any assistance?" from any of their folks while we were looking at their 2016 Ford Explorer Sport SUV's.
