Nice attention, good service and very friendly all the personal.
Had a good, but not an amazing experience at Toyota of Kirkland when taking in my car for a "check engine" light issue. It was a Friday afternoon and the Service Person was probably tired from a long day or week, but there was no "Hi, my name is xyz, how can I help you." It was very impersonal and I felt like just another number that needed to get dealt with. My service person was also training someone else so maybe he was frustrated, it's fine, but I'd expect a bit more from a professional dealership. Thanks!
First visit to Toyota for Service. Don't remember my service persons name, but he was very personable and helpful. Great service. 90 minute wait was a lot longer than my wait with my Acura which includes a car was and vacuum at the same time as the service.
Did a pre inspection for a potential buy from an independent seller. The service department was Helpful, fast, and thorough.
