I thought my expierence was good. Until the SES light came on, and I went down there and talked to Soli, he had it serviced, came back and said, we just forgot to reset the OBD computer. Everything is fine now. (I had only had the car for a week at this point) So if they forgot to Reset it, then that would mean that there was somethign wrong with it when i bought the car. Breaking 10-year loyalty. I've been taking my car there for regular services for 10 years but recently, I took my car for fixing a tier TPMS issue and they unfairly charged me over $200 just to tell me they don't have the parts to fix it. They declined my ask for a refund and even after escalating to a manager, they said they were fine with me breaking my loyalty and go somewhere else in future.
