I was so impressed with the service person I worked with last (unfortunately I do not remember his name). I took my car in because the "Service" light came on in my car. I did love it! After thinking about buying a new (er) car for almost a year, I decided to choose the weekend with a foot of snow in my driveway to do so. But it was worth it. Sara Ryder was a joy to work with, plus Johnny and Cecil. Thank you all for making this long process a happy one! Will tell all my friends :) Ps. This was done in an afternoon. Seemed long but wasn't days like others have noted!!!
