My fiance and I went in to Toyota of Kirkland on Friday to just browse the selection and see options for his first vehicle. Troy Brandon helped us look at some vehicles but my fiance really had his heart set on the Toyota Tacoma. Fantastic experience! Karl from sales helped me buy a 2015 highlander. Karl was patient, helped arrange test drive, explained to me the trim details. He didn't come across as a pushy salesman. He seemed genuine. Danny from finance was super friendly and helpful. Toyota of kirkland building is nicely decked out with modern decor. I just wanted to write this review to give props to the service we received from Toyota of Kirkland during our SUV shopping. Our first stop in our search for an SUV was at Ford of Kirkland and I have to say that was the worst experience ever.
