Second service here. I walked in with no appointment. Thought I would be turned away. Instead they told me to come on in and relax. They will take me. I was ecstatic. It was almost 5 pm so this was great customer service. 1 hour later I was done. Great lounge. Parts department was very helpful with a scratch I had on my car. Recommend for service to ally friends and family. Thank you!!!

Good service. Nice waiting area. Snacks and Disney movie. Took about an hour to do 5k checkup. Would have been 5 stars if they would have washed my front window. That thing is a booger to get to

They took care of the car well and the waiting area is amazing, big with food, drinks, and wifi.

I came in on Tuesday and ended up buying a car on Friday. I had visited a few other dealerships before this one including Lee Johnson and Honda of Kirkland but I felt that they never took me seriously. As a 23 year old buying my first car (I look younger) I got a lot of people who were unwilling to talk price with me even though I may not buy a car. I recently had the pleasure of working with Galo Martinez (sales) and Yoanna Tona (finance). I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of payment and Galo completely respected my boundaries. I never once felt pressured. In fact this was the easiest, most seamless, in and out car buying experience I've ever had. Didn't even know that was possible. The best dealership I have ever been to in over 15yrs. The customer service was Great. I have to give a very special thank you to (Jordan Holen Sales & Leasing Consultant and Johnathan Murphy Sales Manager) they went above and beyond the job to help us,they also made it a stress free experience. Walked in wanting to test drive a RAV4 and drove off with one.... Victor Royer was amazing and helped me get a great deal! Couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Truly amazed! Wish the process didn't take as long, but they did feed us lunch.... Will be returning for any future purchases!!!
