I’ve called service 3days in a row to schedule my 90k service and have been promised a call back, I’m still waiting???
This is the 3rd time I'm bringing my truck to be service in toyota kirkland. The first time was good. The first advisor (Sean Biegel)that assist me was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely will go back. The 2nd time, I decided to randomly pick another advisors, (Julio Barrera). He is the opposite of the first advisor that I experienced. I just walked into the dealership with financing ready to buy a car and someone replied "are you looking for someone" not hello, not can i help you. When i asked about some of tbe brand new cars on the lot he said "thats one is available foe a ready to test drive tomorrow" not what i asked. Than he looked it up and said "its 35,000" That doesnt seem like service to me. I already have fiancing. This would have been easy if the employees wanted to do their jobs.
TOK solicited my review via email. They asked me to contact them first if I had less than a 5 star experience. I did just that and never heard a peep. So here is their well-deserved bad review: We made an appointment to see a used car they had on their lot and confirmed this with them via the automated text we received. To start, this review only really applies to the Service Center. I can’t speak to sales, but after how miserable this experience was I’m not likely to come back. TL;DR – If you go here you are rolling the dice. The service center will charge you a premium for at best mediocre service. Their troubleshooting procedures can point to parts that aren’t the problem, and they will happily charge you for fixes that don’t work. I'm no sales expert, but I am confident that it is bad for business for a sales manager to laughingly say "well, then maybe I should just be talking to your wife" (as I was texting with my partner who was at home with our toddler). Never mind the fact that we are in a pandemic and felt it was more responsible for us to reduce the amount of exposure we risk ourselves and others to, it is important for couples/families to have healthy conversations about finances and large purchases like this.
