Breaking 10-year loyalty. I've been taking my car there for regular services for 10 years but recently, I took my car for fixing a tier TPMS issue and they unfairly charged me over $200 just to tell me they don't have the parts to fix it. They declined my ask for a refund and even after escalating to a manager, they said they were fine with me breaking my loyalty and go somewhere else in future. First time buyer went in for a car. Staffs were friendly. Sale was misinterpreted. Signed a contract with fees that weren't explained properly. They refused to work or due to reason “signed is dead”, blame all the mistakes on you for their miscommunication and interpretation. They didn’t give me vehicle/buyer order after signing the vehicle. Customer beware: If you bring in recall, they won’t let you wait in the lobby. They’ll make you stand outside because you’re “not a customer.” They had my 73 year old neighbor stand out in below-freezing temps while they fixed the recall issue. Drive to another location if you can!
DISHONEST, RIP OFF, LIARS !!! I DROVE DOWN FROM EVERETT TO BUY A NEW ALTERNATOR, WHICH THEY SAID THEY HAD, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ONE & A WEEK AFTER I RETURNED IT, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY $450 BACK !!!
I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. The communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Wouldn’t recommend.
The oil change and tire rotation service took almost 6 hours! My service visit was scheduled for 11 am. When I arrived, I was told that it would take 2.5 hours. My car was ready just before 5 pm.
