I'm no sales expert, but I am confident that it is bad for business for a sales manager to laughingly say "well, then maybe I should just be talking to your wife" (as I was texting with my partner who was at home with our toddler). Wrecking people’s vehicles and then not repairing them to profit off the sale of a replacement truck!!! That’s just shameful. I hope Toyota pulls there name off your disgusting dealership.
3 hours for a simple oil change is unacceptable. Horrible service. I finally had to go ask after 2 hours what the hold up was. No real answer.

Their Internet sales director told me that I am wasting his time because I asked to give details on both lease and purchase. So not to waste his time any further, I finalized deal with another dealership next day. This dealership has history(Google it) and staff needs some really good training.
Poor Customer Service and inflated prices well above Toyota. com MSRP prices.
