Wrecking people’s vehicles and then not repairing them to profit off the sale of a replacement truck!!! That’s just shameful. I hope Toyota pulls there name off your disgusting dealership.

3 hours for a simple oil change is unacceptable. Horrible service. I finally had to go ask after 2 hours what the hold up was. No real answer.

Their Internet sales director told me that I am wasting his time because I asked to give details on both lease and purchase. So not to waste his time any further, I finalized deal with another dealership next day. This dealership has history(Google it) and staff needs some really good training.

I took my 2018 4runner in because the standard maintenance light came on and then my windows stopped working and the electronics would flicker on and off. They told me I needed a new battery and terminal cables. Paid over $350. A week later my car was constantly dying on the road and wouldnt start back up w/o a jump. Took it back in and they said that I must have gotten the 1 in a million bad batteries. They also said if the problem comes back or anything else happens it will be expensive because my car wont be under warrant... read more

The worst customer service. This is second time in last one year. I went there for general service and they identified that water pipe is leaking. So, suggested me to replace. It cost me $850. First time, i went for general service they said all good. The next day my car battery went down and they said i need to replace it. It cost me $400. I realized one thing with Toyota of Kirkland is that instead of keeping your car in a good condition they always try to break something and wants to pull money from your pocket.
