Worst experience ever. Will not come back. Tried to charge me $1500 for a service they said I never had done and then when they realize it had been done, still tried to charge me bc a spark plug had “gone bad” and was barely out of the 1 year warranty (have gone nowhere close to the 60k miles I should get from spark plugs). Then tried to say they should run more tests just to see if that was actually the problem all on my dime. They’ve permanently lost a customer. I’ve bought multiple cars from them and have never had them s... read more

I supposed to get a discounted price on used car that I bought, as what the agent agreed to my offer, but the contract price never change. Agents here are liars.

They are jacking up their prices above MSRP. Buy elsewhere, as there are dealers in Western Washington not doing this.

Service employee tried to sell me every possible service that a car with 128,000 miles could need. (over $3,000) including replacement of the alternator belt and coolant that had been done 6 months earlier. I will not be back.

WARNING!!! Do not buy here!!! They will rip you off here. Wanted to order a Sienna 3 months ago but during the paperwork they tried to sneak in a 7k markup. I walked out but they followed me and agreed to drop it. 2 weeks before arrival I brought in my trade to be prepared for the transaction and we AGREED ON A PRICE! Van arrives and they write the paperwork up with thousands less than they AGREED to give me. What am I going to do? Wait another 3 months. Horribly unethical dealership!

The service dept at ToK is not reliable. You can’t count on what they tell you. The brakes on our Toyota were making a sound I’d never heard brakes make before. Inspected them and didn’t see any issues. Since it seemed to be an unusual problem we decided to take the vehicle to ToK for diagnosis. The service manager (Mr Malloy) told us that off brand brake pads had caused the rotors to be “all torn up” and required replacement. From my inspection, I knew that the rotors were in good shape and could not see how a reasonab... read more

Worked with internet sales guy Jay, nice guy. It took some negotiations back and forth, finally I agreed to their price. Texting back and forth, leave Granite Falls, drive over an hour to get there. Meet Jay, alls good. Plan was to put $20K down and finance $11K. He brings me the paperwork, and it’s $4000 higher than we agreed on. I ask him what’s up, their sales manager thinks the deal Jay and I was to good, and they are not gonna honor that price! That’s some shady business operations in my opinion.

Went to buy a car they told me they add 5000 dollars at the top of the MSRP. They are taking advantage of the current shortage in inventory but that is still ridiculous

The person dealing with me seemed shady. First, he quoted me 85 dollars for the oil change with the 25 dollar discount. When I challenged it, he brought down the price to 66. Second, he asked if I wanted tire rotation in a manner that implied that it was complimentary. But then when I saw the receipt there was an 11 dollar charge for that. Third, sorry to see they have gotten rid of the car wash coupons. I am a regular customer. But because of this shady behavior I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.
