The most unprofessional dishonest dealership I've ever heard of. Crashed a guys tacoma after failing to fix a problem they where to incompetent to get right in the first place. Then refuses to reimburse the guy the full amount of what he paid them for the truck. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE LOW LIFE'S!!
I was going to take a look at one of their trucks but after hearing about their employee crashing a customers car and manager not doing anything about it i will take my business elsewhere !!!!! I will tell all my friends to shop elsewhere too...
This place is crap! They crashed my buddies 2016 Tacoma on a service test drive. Now they won’t make good on it. This is after having his truck for weeks fixing a drive shaft that they didn’t attach correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITHOLE! Toyota of Kirkland sucks!

This place is crap! They crashed my buddies 2016 Tacoma on a service test drive. Now they won’t make good on it. This is after having his truck for 3 months fixing a drive shaft that they didn’t attach correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE! Toyota of Kirkland sucks! Do the right thing and BUY HIS TRUCK BACK. Refund his original down payment, every monthly payment he made, his current year registration fees and the cost for any aftermarket products he installed (window tint, nerf bars, etc.).
