What a waste of a company. All they care about is profits and not the consumer at all. My buddy went in for a Toyota recall in his new truck. Recall was leaking rear differential. A month or so later, the vehicle was vibrating from the driveshaft. Driveshaft connects to rear diff. He waited awhile for the diag and repair work. Sounds like a shady business here.. I'd owe up to what y'all did.
Service held a buddy's truck for three months unable to fix the issue and then crashed it while test driving it. They say it's not their problem and refuse to compensate him other then giving him the KBB value (despite him paying for the last three months and not having it) and upselling him to a new truck. Completely despicable.
A friend of mine had a problem with them when it came to his truck. Mr. Middleton is/was a customer of yours. You should treat your customers better than what you have done with him. I was from Texas and have bought cars from Don Davis and quite a few other dealerships there I no longer live there but they care for their customers and treat them with respect!
Terrible customer support, dealer crashed a customers Tacoma and refused to own up to their mistake customers dash cam caught it all on video
