"Oil change" My husband took the Yaris in for an oil change, they were friendly, and on time for the service. They texted me when the service was done, and got my husband out of there in a timely fashion. Gentle reminders were given for upcoming service needs. My husband felt comfortable, and not pressured into feeling that he had to schedule right away.
"Pleased with the experience" Scheduling was easy. Service was done quickly and efficiently. The service rep was friendly and worked to minimize my waiting time. I was very pleased and the overall experience was positive.
"Service visit for recall" Dropped car for a scheduled appointment. Service (recall for airbag) was handled in less than the expected time. Service agent (Ian) was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative through the process.
"A reason to keep buying Toyotas" I have always had excellent, fair service here, including this last weekend when I had multiple services performed on my son's car. I've had 5 cars repaired here over the years and have never had a bad experience. They take the high road, and have certainly earned my trust.
"Ongoing service" Since the purchase of my pre-owned car to today, this dealership and their service department has been responsive, professional, polite and very accommodating. They owned their own error at one point and resolved the issue, which was no small thing, without skipping a beat. When I choose to purchase another vehicle, I will certainly look here first.
"Breath of Fresh Air" After driving 140 miles and spending two days car shopping in Portland it was a relief and a breath of fresh air to end up at this dealership. We had communicated with Kari Law on the sales staff. She was so positive and helpful that we were willing to visit this dealership which was the last of four dealers we visited in Portland over two days. "Great service as expected " I am now 2 years into my second Prius from Toyota of Portland. I have always had good experiences with Toyota of Portland. I received a reminder call from the service department that my Prius was due for service. About 10:45 I called the service department and made an appointment for 1:30. I think I was back on the road by 2:15 pm.
"Service crew is fast, and free Uber to my work & back" I brought my car in without an appointment for a routine service appointment. Intake took maybe 7 minutes, the Uber picked me up 5 minutes after that, and I was at my office 5 minutes later. When the car was ready three hours later (two hours faster than promised), the whole process worked perfectly in reverse: Uber from work, pay, and in my car and back to work in maybe 20 minutes total, including drive time. Way to go!
"My first car buying experience couldnt have been better " This was my first time ever buying a new car and i never thought it couldve gone so smooth.. even though my gear changes werent, but Tony knew i was nervous it being a brand new gt 86 and that i am new to manuals. I couldnt be happier with my car and have all the shifting points down!
