"Seamlessly done" 85 & Drive is a real thing. 1). Viewed inventory online 2). Showed interest on a couple cars and received call backs to discuss my options. 3). Went in and met with Ken Scott, test drove 2 cars, received my payment options. 4). Purchase was made. Easy peasy!
"Great Experience!" Everyone at the dealership was engaging, polite, and helpful. Our sales consultant Thai was friendly and knew his stuff! Overall had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to Friends & Family.
"A+ Service" I started out by inquiring online about a car and so many people reached out to help to make sure I was taken care of. They even had a complementary lyft ride to the dealership. Daniel was awesome to work with and he helped me find the right vehicle for me and made sure everything went smoothly. Superior service!
"Oil change" My husband took the Yaris in for an oil change, they were friendly, and on time for the service. They texted me when the service was done, and got my husband out of there in a timely fashion. Gentle reminders were given for upcoming service needs. My husband felt comfortable, and not pressured into feeling that he had to schedule right away.
"Pleased with the experience" Scheduling was easy. Service was done quickly and efficiently. The service rep was friendly and worked to minimize my waiting time. I was very pleased and the overall experience was positive.
"Service visit for recall" Dropped car for a scheduled appointment. Service (recall for airbag) was handled in less than the expected time. Service agent (Ian) was knowledgeable, friendly and communicative through the process.
"A reason to keep buying Toyotas" I have always had excellent, fair service here, including this last weekend when I had multiple services performed on my son's car. I've had 5 cars repaired here over the years and have never had a bad experience. They take the high road, and have certainly earned my trust.
"Ongoing service" Since the purchase of my pre-owned car to today, this dealership and their service department has been responsive, professional, polite and very accommodating. They owned their own error at one point and resolved the issue, which was no small thing, without skipping a beat. When I choose to purchase another vehicle, I will certainly look here first.
"Breath of Fresh Air" After driving 140 miles and spending two days car shopping in Portland it was a relief and a breath of fresh air to end up at this dealership. We had communicated with Kari Law on the sales staff. She was so positive and helpful that we were willing to visit this dealership which was the last of four dealers we visited in Portland over two days.
