"Excellent service - website needs work" My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually make the appointment through the website, the only service the website showed for my RAV4 was 120,000 mile service. No way to edit/update. "Great Experience" I unexpectedly had to find a new car in a relatively short amount of time as my car was hit and considered a total loss. "As good as it can get." Mike Taylor provided better than expected service at my last visit with Toyota of Portland. The service on my car was provide within the time estimate given. I appreciated the multi-point inspection provided, along with recommendations as to future services that should be considered. "BEST car buying experience EVER." The salesman (Ron) was everything you want in a salesperson: he wasn't pushy at all and his patient attitude throughout the day was refreshing and helpful. He showed us numerous cars and was upbeat and knowledgeable throughout.
