"Exceptional customer customer " I met with Service Advisor David Guralnick. He went over the service process, I was just having my oil changed and tire rotation, and stated the wait time and that Uber was an option if I needed to leave while services was taking care of my car. He was very professional and kind. I highly recommend Broadway Toyota and their service team!

"Excellent service - website needs work" My RAV4 was due for its 10,000 mile service. Checked the website for possible same-day appointments and it showed 215pm available. Tried to actually make the appointment through the website, the only service the website showed for my RAV4 was 120,000 mile service. No way to edit/update. "Great Experience" I unexpectedly had to find a new car in a relatively short amount of time as my car was hit and considered a total loss. I had been all over the Portland area trying to find the right car for me and Toyota of Portland had what I was looking for. "As good as it can get." Mike Taylor provided better than expected service at my last visit with Toyota of Portland. The service on my car was provide within the time estimate given. I appreciated the multi-point inspection provided, along with recommendations as to future services that should be considered. Very satisfied and will request Mike Taylor to work with on my next service visit.
"Great customer service " I had a great experience with buying my new Toyota. Gary was very thorough and helpful. This is my second car purchased here. He went over all the features with me and made sure I got into a car that was in my price range and met my needs.
