"Great service as expected " I am now 2 years into my second Prius from Toyota of Portland. I have always had good experiences with Toyota of Portland. I received a reminder call from the service department that my Prius was due for service. About 10:45 I called the service department and made an appointment for 1:30. I think I was back on the road by 2:15 pm.
"Service crew is fast, and free Uber to my work & back" I brought my car in without an appointment for a routine service appointment. Intake took maybe 7 minutes, the Uber picked me up 5 minutes after that, and I was at my office 5 minutes later. When the car was ready three hours later (two hours faster than promised), the whole process worked perfectly in reverse: Uber from work, pay, and in my car and back to work in maybe 20 minutes total, including drive time. Way to go!
"My first car buying experience couldnt have been better " This was my first time ever buying a new car and i never thought it couldve gone so smooth.. even though my gear changes werent, but Tony knew i was nervous it being a brand new gt 86 and that i am new to manuals. I couldnt be happier with my car and have all the shifting points down!

"Excellent" Came in a few min early. Was taken in right away for my service. Waited about 35 min. Ian came in the waiting area had me sign a few things explained everything and I was on my way. Easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.
"Service for my Avalon" My older model Avalon needed an oil change plus additional repairs. My service advisor Andrew was very helpful and courteous. Overall costs were less than I anticipated. I appreciated the care and concern I was shown.
"Excellent service manager and maintenance" Ian McCormick answered all our questions since we have a 5yr old Avalon. We bought our car here and have been using service here for 15 years. Only problem was waiting room was very cold this day.
"Excellent" Great place, very friendly! A+++ would do business with again fer sure. I need more words. How stupid is that really, don’t wanna write a book!
"Excellent Service Maintenance" This was my second maintenance service at Broadway of Toyota. Joe was very friendly and took care of everything. The service was done in about 40 minutes, which was much faster than I was expecting. Great job!
