The service was quite good. I did notice, however, (after I got Carfax notices that my car needed an oil & filter change) that the note on my car windshield said that service was not needed until the mileage read 23,000+ miles. Since my current reading was 19,850 miles, it seemed like I was a little early for this service. I went ahead with this service anyway, thinking that the service was based more on timing.

Service dept entered the car's mileage as 119421 while the car has around 19000 miles and is almost new.
Your Toyota of Richardson service center is the best I have been to in my 73 years. Your staff there is wonderful and I always ask for Beth Ann Rose who is amazing.
