Had to get tires and Costco does not do alignments. Stop at the dealer late noon and they got in me without issue and out ins an hour. Good alignment job.
As usual, I had a pleasant experience. Lee was detailed and friendly and the mechanics were super efficient. Lee explained that there were a couple things I needed to tend to on my truck, but wasn't pushy about me having anything done. I always love the service I get at this location.
Excellent service; however, a scheduling problem arose repair work was pushed back 41/2 hours. So a 7am appointment for repairs extended to almost 2pm. Management did help to solve the problem and gave a reduction on repairs. The repairs were accomplished excellently. Thank you.
I have been using Toyota of Richardson for 12+ years. The service has always been easy to schedule and done well. I like that I can wait have most of the service to be completed in a few hours.
