Great Customer Service, amazing hospitality. All of the workers were helpful. The only knock was that my service took a bit longer than expected, but not a huge deal, as it was on a weekend and the shop was busy.

I feel Toyota of Richardson has the best service team in the DFW area. I have used several other Toyota service centers in the area and they cannot compare with the quality of service I have received at Toyota of Richardson.
