Courtious and since they were not able to fix the issue, they did not charge me for the diagnostics

It was a great experience. My technician took great care of me. And was eager to help me with my issue. He told me exactly what I needed to do.And how long it would take and how much it was cost. He was right on both accounts.
friendly staff, drop off and pick services, lots of space for clients. had to return to the shop because service not completed. had no where to sit while checking in with service manager. did not offer water.
