Purchased an Avalon Limited! Drove 1.5 hours because Toyota of Richardson was the only location to have my particular car, color/interior. Sylvester called me when I inquired on-line to make sure they still had the car on site. Went on Saturday, test drove the car, traded my car in and came home with a new car. Very knowledgeable on the Toyota brand and car details. Brian in Finance was personable and informative. A very easy and non-stressful car buying experience.
