I am not able to book a vacation with TAN without 9+ months of advance notice. The website appears to show available but when you call to book its always the same excuse that the customer is misinterpreting the search results and that the properties are actually booked. I would not advise signing up.
terrible accommodations all across the board.. they are money hungry.. they fail to look at credits on accounts and still process payments for full amount and wen called to ask for a refund so that the credit can be used. they offer me another credit . what a joke ..
Run for your life! The resorts they show you during their presentation are not the ones available. Rates are raised immediately after signing up so it becomes much more costly even after you sink several grand into their scheme. Worst decision we ever made.
After having a problem the manager reached out right away and handled the problem. We appricate that. Kudos for her keeping up on her clients.
Scam. Got this package, lied to for 4 yes on what we do. They want $395 year weather you use it or not. Will call and harass you many times a month. Do not fall for it! Bought in 2015 waiting for them to still close 5 yrs later!
I had a bad experience with them, the list of properties are who they vouch for. So when the country messes up it should fall on them. I booked a trip to DR and wasnt allowed entry into the country without any explanation. They tried to get money from me and my husband and when we refused, after being thrown in a small room, we were sent back to the US. TAN basically said OH WELL! I'm done with it all
We are members since 2014 and not happy with the program.Most of the properties do not have one bedroom.need a renovations and the locations are not great.Of course you have to pay extra money for prime and holiday time and you have a service charge each year.they love taking your money and they are only interested to make you sign up for VIP status to take more money.Why should a vacation program has two levels?Client resolution never calls you back no matter how many messages you leave.
