This package promises commitment to clients but instead you will get robbed of your money . Lakindra will get on the phone with you and offer you anything but “commitment to customers” with her rude and distasteful tone , she will offer you a 3 month credit for a booking that you paid $450 additional to your yearly fees. They will cancelled your trip with no notice, two days prior to leaving . Never tell you it’s canceled!!!!!!! We upgraded our plan at quite a hefty expense with the understanding that we would get a call to alert us of the opening dates. We didn't get a phone call, but looked on the website only to see that nothing was available. It seems that we were scammed since they didn't live up to their promises. Even after calling, they are doing nothing that they said they would. Why did we upgrade to VIP status? Foolish of us!!!

Save your money go with another company. I have been a customer for over 4 years and have only been able to take one Vacation. There is never any availability to book unless you prefer to take vacations out of the US, that seems to be the only locations with availability.

Before covid I had a trip booked for April. 2020 the resort did not allow us to come. I was never notified of the changes. And I was not refunded my money.$ 550 I was only given a credit.and treated rude. Which I am not able to use on the same resort or any for that matter. The excess inventory use to be great (that’s why I purchased) full of domestic and international destinations to choose from now , there are only international choices . I have been with TAN for about 15 years. Something has gone really downhill. We have made reservations and paid for 3 units in Gulf Shores for June of 2021. We realize that there was storm damage. All I keep asking is "How many days before our reservation, will you inform us about whether our units have been repaired." They continue to give me a stock answer of, "When we are informed, we will tell you.." I asked, "Will you tell us a week before our reservation?" Same answer. Was exciting to book a vacation, once I looked into the area we were going I realized I didn't feel safe for me and my family. to go to this property They don't care how this makes you feel only about the policies and their money. Would have liked to transfer to a different property but was not willing to listen. Not pleased.

After talking with a representative from Travel advantage network I'm not sure how to express my utter disappointment. The representative and I listened to the recording when I booked the vacation which clearly the rep stated that the Unit was located on the beach. The representative who took my complaint said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever been through.

I am a VIP member for several years now and there is NOTHING VIP about it. I am not impressed at all, there is never availability when needed unless you plan 6 months or more out. The first and only vacation I had booked with them was last year and I had issues with the reservations and they put me in the wrong location/room. I have been a member since 2006. I paid for 12 weeks of vacation. I have only used 6 weeks. I have 6 weeks left that I have been paying on monthly. I have spent at least 5900.00 in monthly fees for the last 15 years. I can never use my vacation weeks because they have allowed to many people in the plan and there is never a place that I am interested in that's available. I have been very unhappy with this company for not having an rooms in prime time available.
