Not a good place to stay. Skillet was unusable with something being burnt on something. Contacted front desk and she exchanged it with the unit next door, which ended up being my daughter's room who checked in the next day, and she had to ask for a different skillet. Daughters room a/c heat unit and dishwasher did not work. She had no water at all the last day she was there. Called the emergency number but no one ever answered back. What a scam
Been a member for years.. too difficult to secure dates. What a scam this is.
Can never find anything in a decent timeframe. All they want is money and they'll say whatever they want to get you to buy into there "deal of a lifetime".
I have been a member of TAN for many years and more often than not, I have had problems with units in Ocean City, MD. The units are rarely cleaned well when I arrive. Some of the problems I've had to deal with are furniture and rugs that are old and stained, a refrigerator that did not work, dirty stoves that smell like grease, and mattresses that are old and saggy resulting in backaches for me and my husband. This Business is all about how much they can rip you off. I’ve had my vacation club for over 25 years and now the vacation Business personal is saying they are going to close my account due to lack of use . What happened to the thousands I Put into this scam of a company
When I purchased this vacation program, I was told one story about the booking fees and experienced another. I was never happy with the program but I was tied up because I paid for it. I did a trip that was a disaster because of Covid. I need the TAN program for help and they would not give me any help. I was thrown to the wolves of Costa Rica with the all-cash program. Staying at Villas at Island Club unit 8711C by the pool currently not available for use and this place is a dump. The place smelled of smoke and it took 2 days for someone to come to try and fix the problem. The furniture and beds need to be replaced and the washing machine broke and wont be fixed till after we leave. DONOT STAY HERE.
