Don't do it. I bought a vacation package with this company and it is a huge regret. Customer service for anything beyond booking a vacation is horrible and the properties I've visited are not that great.

I have been a member for over 15 years. Unfortunately this will be our last year. There have been some relatively minor frustrations over the years, but seemingly increasingly in the last few. Last week I received a very poorly written, nearly confrontational sounding ultimatum letter from the "ceo" stating that, in summary, they are going to raise rates 5% unless we setup auto pay. I pay for 2 years at a time and they are going to send a letter like that because it's too inconvenient to bill it every two years? Or is it to ... read more

I can't get a property in Wildwood NJ even 11 months in advance. Very difficult to use up my weeks.

Several weeks ago we went to Pin Oak in Pigeon Forge, TN. BIG disappointment! The cabin was dirty. The kitchen had a nice set of dishes & glasses but only 1 useable kettle(the other 2 were burnt on the inside). We had to purchase a frying pan & spatula to make eggs. There is an ant problem so we couldn't let anything on the counter. Sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable(10 yr old grandson couldn't sleep on it). We chose it because it had a pool. The pool was green with algae & unusable.

This was our third stay at The Beach and Tennis Club Hilton head and our worst. F15 needs updates, sofa was in bad shape, limited utensils, bed was noisy and patio door does not lock. The people above us must have been playing soccer all the time. I pounded on the ceiling and had security talk to them, to no avail. Noise till 10 at night.

We book a week stay at the property managed by Travel Adventure Network located at 1 Oak Court, Hilton Head Island, SC. Their website indicates a luxury property. It is far from luxurious. The first day we found roaches and a petrified frog. The house looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The furniture is old and dirty along with the rugs. The nightstands are damaged and bubbled up like someone put them to a fire and they looked horrible. The bathroom had a couple of palmetto roaches. The cabl... read more

Wow. Horrible. Expect to be abandoned once to arrive at your vacation. We picked up our keys from behind a pillar at a nail salon and the letter in the envelope said Kimberly Vereen was our "On-Site Travel Advocate". I emailed her to say the keycard required to access the pool was not in the room and she replied she would check on it. That was the end of ALL communication with TAN for the rest of our trip. We could never access the pool and she stopped replying to me. I called the TAN phone numbers and was told they would b... read more

This company never informed me that my booking was canceled by the condo . They refused to refund my booking fee . When I called and asked to speak to a manager I was transferred to a rude and extremely nasty representative named Lakendra. She issued me a limited travel credit to undesirable destinations , if not used during her stipulated time frame I would loose my booking fee of $450 . This company will treat you poorly. The bookings you purchase are unreliable, and the sales pitch is way beyond the reality of service . ... read more
