I use to love our vacations with tan...for about the last 5 yrs I'm very unhappy, there are hardly anything to book...and I'm flexible... just looking for units in west coast of florida on beach, any place from panhandle to sw tip of florida.... why is it so hard to use this program???? Twice I booked a VIP early check in and TWICE THE ROOM WAS still dirty being cleaned. Had to fight for the week back and a credit, been with the company 12 years. Yeah great job TAN.
WE STAYED AT THIS PLACE WE HAD A GOOD TIME BUT THE PLACE NEEDS SOME WORK. THE CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.THE FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY I HAD TO SWEEP AND MOP THE FLOORS.THE WATER WAS DARK BROWN . The tubs and showers had hair all in them the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds .plastic covers was all ripped .SO WE PAY YEARLY FOR CLEANING NOT FOR US TO CLEAN BEFORE WE CAN STAY. Arbor Trace. Has the worst bed. Checked out early. It jacked my back up. When I mentioned it to the lady she argued it was listed as a king swing...it clearly is labled a king size bed... the bed is 2 twin size beds pushed together with king size sheet. And then it is the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life... worst experience ever with TAN.
I regret making this purchase, because the properties are old and dated for most units. Also the company will harass you to no end for monthly dues, it is very annoying. Once you speak with someone, the representatives are rude. The company has nothing to benefit from you after you have purchased a vacation package, so their give a crap level is low. Stay away!!!!
We were supposed to have four condos in Myrtle Beach for our family vacation in the towers, but because of the foundation issues we were moved to buildings A and B. Two condos in each building. There was only one TAN condo available which my husband and I took due to the condition of it. We weren’t giving it to any of our children. We were told they made arrangements with other owners for the other three condos. The TAN condo was beyond disappointing. It is so outdated and was unclean. After being a member of Tan for over30 years all of a sudden my online account access has been disabled and I don’t understand why?. My account is paid every year and this is no way to treat a long time customer.
Just tried to use the Fly with Me certificate you provided when I updated my TAN program. Gocrv was able to find only one option that was not even close to my dates wanted and not at my local international airport. This certificate and program is WORTHLESS. I want my money b ack!
