Not user friendly - You are also charged a yearly service fee-
The new way you have changed to just release everything at once makes this vacation plan useless to me. I am paying monthly and basically getting ripped off. I don't have the time to watch the website for new releases (which rarely happens) You are allowing things to be booked out for years which is crazy and doesn't give other people an opportunity to book. If i could give zero stars I would. I have wasted thousands of dollars over the years staying with this plan.
For the last two years I have been trying to book a vacation for the summer and every time I go on the website is never Ocean City Maryland New Jersey or Myrtle Beach it's always Florida or overseas I have been trying to book a vacation for me and my family for this summer I started looking in January and nothing was up there for the summer at all
If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked at a TAN location in Myrtle Beach (Willowbend). The carpet was FILTHY upon arrival and one of the tvs was broken. I was told someone “may” be able to come the next day to replace it. The TAN team found me a new unit (the next day) so I packed up my family’s stuff (we had went to grocery store before checking in) and after 4pm we headed there to move in. It’s a DISASTER!!!!!! No properties on the beach. We were promised that we would be able to get spots without being a year out. Which it is. The properties have only 1 or 2 CARTS per property for luggage and grocery’s. You can’t find one. This has been in Destin 2 and Las Vegas. The check in 4. VIP early check in. It was after 6 in Destin July of 2022. So disappointed.

This is the worse program that I have ever joined and its so hard to get out of. Its very expensive and the accommodations are horrible.
The pictures of unit 2201 are extremely outdated. Do not be fooled, this unit is old and poorly maintained. The ONE outlet near the bed is at the foot of the bed, on the one side where you can't get into the bed, and its so old that cords barely stay plugged into it. The patio furniture is dry rotted to the point where I was afraid to sit on it out of fear for breaking it and being charged. After 4 years of having an account, I cancelled everything including the "vouchers" that I still had. I could never find a property that was available when we were able to travel, the pictures and descriptions of the properties were not well done, and the properties always seemed to be away from major attractions and locations. My family and I travel quite a bit- maybe we are spoiled when it comes to properties and locations.
