Me and my brother went this place last night to pick up. Was literally harassed and stalked by the black check in guy and he was really rude and unpleasant. He tried to tell my brother he would get banned just because my brother left his I.D and I asked him to wait outside since he couldn't come in. This dispensary is literally 1.2 miles from my home. I frequent this location about once every couple of weeks. There a few strains I really enjoy and like to keep on hand! Knock Knock they haven't failed me yet! The place is tidy and seems clean. The displays needs to be a little more simplified. The dispensary tree life when you do a curbside order even if you check in with the curbside people if you don't let the security guy come up to your window to check in for you. You get ignored then when you called to check in and you ask them about your stuff because you checked in already they then tell you well even if you checked in you didn't talk to security so we don't know what you need even though I've just checked in the dispensary they sell bullshit and the consistency of their wax is awful. The woman at the counter was wearing a blue headband when I gave her my ID she looked at my hands and asked why were they sooooo ashy. I laughed it off but she was serious she told me to ask someone for hand sanitizer. I thought that was rude. This is the same person I saw a months go with with hands and a boogie in her nose yet I said Nothing. she needs to be talked to before someone calls her out and embarrasses her. We came into town for a onewheel race and needed some pre rolls! We got in and out quick and everyone was really nice and helpful with strain Info and options. We got stiizy infused prerolls and I can't wait to enjoy! There was a b2g2 deal on the 2 g preroll jars so we grabbed 4 total and it was about 72$ I think it's a great deal/ they are convenient and they burn really well! They have daily deals which I think is awesome!

These dispensaries have a problem with hiring good customer service oriented employees. This is the 4th dispensary I have started buying from and lost me as a customer. The majority of these employees are patient , respectful and helpful but it only takes one bad one to ruin a business. Please remember that people go to your shops to feel good not to have their day ruined by a rude and disrespectful employee.

Don't go through their delivery service. Just waited 7 hours for no delivery. Doesn't say anything about a 4 hour window online however they did let us know about it after. Then said we were next after the 5th hour. Then called and said the driver got in an accident after we were supposed to be next 2 hours ago. It's 10:00pm.... Ordered at 3 These people don't seem like they have a clue.....

We come into this dispensary pretty often and could be considered regulars. On their January flyer as well as their tvs inside the dispensary it states 3 g for $55 LR concentrate. We asked the buttender about the deal and he said he had no idea what it was and that hed ask his manager and when he came back he stated it was a typo. Any time you walk into a place and you see a price tag that is being promoted that must be honored.
