Worst service I have came to this location twice curbside pick up first time the guy didn't give back my id then they were acting like they couldn't bring me my id because of shift change not my problem. Second time I tried to come for a curbside pick up I get here the security tells me I can't use curbside because they are busy I have no heard no shit like this why have the option online if the employees make their own rules I was turned away TWICE because they either don't have enough staff 10 /10 don't recommend a better ... read more

Against my better judgment I went back to TOL on Jones. They had a strain that I wanted and decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE!! I placed an online order for pickup. After I received my number, I sat in the lobby waiting to be called. There was a man covered in tattoos that was on some kind of substance. The energy was dark and heavy. Well, these folks keep sending yelp to delete comments. Tree of life denied me entrance when I went in with a driver's authorization card. Prior to this I was able to come inside with that form of ID, this happened after JAN 20 weirdly enough. First time, I went in and handed them the same ID I have been using prior multiple time... they told me that wasn't a valid form of ID anymore... I asked why? I placed an online order for curbside pickup. They gave me the wrong product. I called immediately to let them know they gave me the wrong order. I was told that they would not honor my real order instead I'm stuck with product I've never used. I've spent thousands in this shop and will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I'll gladly leave a weekly review to remind you that this is not how you treat your loyal customers.

My partner tried to order the week after our lovely new president was sworn in and he was denied ability to even come in and pick his order up because he had a drivers authorization card. I want to stress my partner had gone here prior without issue but he has now been denied entry twice because of this. I did my thing and dug, THIS DISPO IS THE ONLY DISPO WHO CHOOSES TO NOT TAKE THIS FORM OF ID. Why? I don't know. I usually shop at the north Las Vegas tree of life location, and have never had any problem with the employees there. It was my first time going to this tree of life, I was served by a trainee Tiffany that was trying her best to figure out why the daily deal wasn't applying.
