Bud tender Taylor (male) was one of the worst bud tenders I have EVER come across. It being my first time in said dispensary, really doesn't help either. I walked in and from the jump he had a nasty attitude and seem to not want to speak. One of his coworkers had to chime in and help. His display of "customer service" is an absolute embarrassment to the establishment.

1st... I ordered online and with in the hour it took me to get there they sold out of what ordered online. Wasted my time. 2nd time I ordered online, they said the wording online was wrong and that deal isn't ringing up on their computer EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT ONLINE! They wouldn't honor the deal. There are MUCH better dispensaries with much better staff and deals in the Valley. Dont let them waste your time.

I used to be a very good customer here. Then the owner or whoever started hiring people started hiring really really low quality people who will give you sarcastic answers, and give you attitude when you are trying to give them a tip. What kind of backwards employees will be sarcastic if you're going to give them a tip? I was their best customer not anymore. Let's go to Green.

I've been going to this store for a few months. The first few time were fine. You would think the people working here would give proper and kind customer service because they are in a customer service position. Not here, this has got to be the worst store I've ever come to or just encountered. The staff here do not acknowledge that they are the face of the medicine they are providing. Don't bother with online pick up. You'll still end up waiting 20 minutes BUT other online pick ups get to go before you

Some of the workers our cool & the others don't like their job. it's always 2 windows open. They need to hire more people. Having 18 people wait with only 2 windows open can get very overwhelming

I have been going to only here for about a year or so I think... in the last few months the customer service and the product are both bad... and getting worse. I personally will no longer go here. They wouldn't even exchange their bad product (pre-rolled was VERY loose and falling apart and only I made it 5 steps out the door and went back in) The Products are very weak now, and all numbers are low. These people are fake. What's the point of acting like you care, replying to reviews and ignoring when reaching out. Sent the business a message ,only fot them to read and ignore my message. Terrible customer service all the way around. They ignore emails and messages. They do not care to address my issue. Just don't come on here pretending like you care,coward.
