Im a fairly new customer at tree of life on Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada. The employee who claimed to be the store manager, Makayla, has been overtly rude to me the last few times I've come in on her shift. There are a couple other employees who are very nice and helpful, but Makayla has horrible energy and even worse customer service. Im a loyal customer to this spot I came in to get 2.5 ounces of the deal for Rythm and good green for 199 I asked the sellers if they had any of the rythm and they said no that they didn't so I didn't want to miss out on the deal so I ended up getting a strain from good green come to find out I get home and they updated the online buyers list now they got all Rythm products now that they sold me all that they said they got so now I'm sitting on a bunch of good green flower because they didn't want to sell me the Rythm stra... read more

If you enjoy paying top dollar for garbage that should have been composted during the Obama administration, then this is your spot. The product I was sold was a pathetic, fossilized relic, roughly TWO YEARS OLD. It didn't belong in my hand; it belonged under a glass case in a historical exhibit labeled 'Things People Should Never Try to Smoke.' I have always loved doing business with Tree of Life, until today. At 5:22 PM I placed a delivery order. Somehow the tracking disappeared from the app and a few hours went by. I called and spoke to a clerk who assured me the delivery would be this evening. I checked my phone and the order had been cancelled. So I called and was told they had no delivery people available. This was my first time visiting Tree of Life Dispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I purchased a vape device that turned out to be defective just two days later. When I came back to the store expecting a simple exchange or some kind of resolution, I was told they wouldn't replace it. No support, no accountability -- just a flat refusal to help. Horrible customer service people will literally cut in front of you and the store will do nothing about it and help them first even though you were there waiting before them. No respect.!
