Awesome selection of strains and everyone working there is doing overtime to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your purchase. I asked for strains that would help me mellow out and create art and was recommended Head Cheese, I'm excited to give it a shot. Maybe the most generous gesture a local business (other than a non-profit) has ever made here is happening at Tree of Life - they give a huge donation from their proceeds toward charities which assist disabled children, the homeless, veterans, unemployment assistance, teen suicide reduction, racial justice, and food for the hungry. Five or ten percent would have been amazing, but these folks donate 70% of their profits to charity. 70%? Dayamn! Banned me due to my reaction to a rude,dismissive manager. No respect for long time customers or points earned. I am still bothered by them just stealing all my earned points. Years of being a customer and when I had a problem they completely ignored me,forcing my hand and disrespect.

This review is based on the dayshift please avoid this place until after 3 PM. I will give the night shift 5 stars. The dayshift sucks there. They do not feel like talking to you about the strands. They are lazy. They want to bring you to all the extra verifications even though you go there every day the night people remember you and they build the relationship with you. I'm never going again until after three. Night management is way better their way to rude during the day.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.Driver service rude dirty and demanding. Managers at shop hide saying in job interviews and meetings. Greedy owners nose diving once great business. Horrible service, rude delivery. Incompetent cowardly management. Go to RISE Dispensary!

Nothing short of CRAPPY, especially to disabled seniors They advertise one thing, then, after you purchase something online, totally different. Got example, it happened the first time, and I thought it was an accident. Then, the exact same thing happens again?? Shame on me for thinking that you guys were legit!! Never again!

It's crazy how I go on their app for bogo Stiiizzy carts where it came up as .01. I go in to pick them up for them to say it's still $30.23 even though it's clearly .01 on their site. They did not honor the cost that I showed to their faces and I've literally been going here since they opened years ago. Im not even an add a review type of guy but this is freaking ridiculous. I will NEVER go to a place that cannot honor what is showing for their customer even if there is system glitch's. Wild and very disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer with this fine establishment for a few years now spending a few hundred dollars a month at the Jones location. In the OVER TWO YEARS that I have patronized your business I have come to build a friendly and jovial rapport with your staff. Im a fairly new customer at tree of life on Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada. The employee who claimed to be the store manager, Makayla, has been overtly rude to me the last few times I've come in on her shift. There are a couple other employees who are very nice and helpful, but Makayla has horrible energy and even worse customer service.
