This was my first time visiting Tree of Life Dispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I purchased a vape device that turned out to be defective just two days later. When I came back to the store expecting a simple exchange or some kind of resolution, I was told they wouldn't replace it. No support, no accountability -- just a flat refusal to help. Dont shop here if you are disabled and drive. The parking is crap and if you park in one of their 2 pathetic curbside slots to complete your online purchase you will be banned from the store. The staff are rude and unsympathetic.

Slowest service ever Called in to see if they do birthday pre rolls and they say yes... I show up and I have to buy something and everything over priced .. Everything you don't want in a dispensary

Worst service I have came to this location twice curbside pick up first time the guy didn't give back my id then they were acting like they couldn't bring me my id because of shift change not my problem. Against my better judgment I went back to TOL on Jones. They had a strain that I wanted and decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE!! I placed an online order for pickup. After I received my number, I sat in the lobby waiting to be called. There was a man covered in tattoos that was on some kind of substance. The energy was dark and heavy.
