They discriminate against immigrants. Worst part is both the front desk guys had stupid looks on their faces unable to tell me why they don't take my ID I've used here for YEARS, just that they suddenly DONT. Sad.

Kevin the bud tender is rude and unpleasing to be helped by. Horrible customer service and doesn't know how to interact with his customers. On the other end this dispo is great and the tree is fire.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE HOURS TO SPEND WAITING! 8 registers open and only two employees, working. One employee walking around watering plants. The entire staff looks like they have found away to waste time...security guard in the front cracking jokes about disabled veterans. Literally listened to a bud tender talk to a customer about everything but bud. There is so much to cannabis other than strands you have on sale.... It's always the same shit. 3 people working. 1 taking care of customers on the other only calling online orders? I guess online orders are easier? Got here at 11:32. Was to wait 6 minutes. I bet I will be waiting 20mins. SMH

Bud tender Taylor (male) was one of the worst bud tenders I have EVER come across. It being my first time in said dispensary, really doesn't help either. I walked in and from the jump he had a nasty attitude and seem to not want to speak. One of his coworkers had to chime in and help. His display of "customer service" is an absolute embarrassment to the establishment.

1st... I ordered online and with in the hour it took me to get there they sold out of what ordered online. Wasted my time. 2nd time I ordered online, they said the wording online was wrong and that deal isn't ringing up on their computer EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT ONLINE! They wouldn't honor the deal. There are MUCH better dispensaries with much better staff and deals in the Valley. Dont let them waste your time.

I used to be a very good customer here. Then the owner or whoever started hiring people started hiring really really low quality people who will give you sarcastic answers, and give you attitude when you are trying to give them a tip. What kind of backwards employees will be sarcastic if you're going to give them a tip? I was their best customer not anymore. Let's go to Green.

I've been going to this store for a few months. The first few time were fine. You would think the people working here would give proper and kind customer service because they are in a customer service position. Not here, this has got to be the worst store I've ever come to or just encountered. The staff here do not acknowledge that they are the face of the medicine they are providing.
