My partner tried to order the week after our lovely new president was sworn in and he was denied ability to even come in and pick his order up because he had a drivers authorization card. I want to stress my partner had gone here prior without issue but he has now been denied entry twice because of this. I usually shop at the north Las Vegas tree of life location, and have never had any problem with the employees there. It was my first time going to this tree of life, I was served by a trainee Tiffany that was trying her best to figure out why the daily deal wasn't applying. When she called the manager myles over he didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. I have been coming to this Dispensary for alil while now . Ive had nothing but good visits here but the 3 times ive had bad visits was when i was helped by "Lorena " is very rude . And i honesty dont think she need to work with people in places like this . I let the the security officer know and he also stated that he's got comments about her as well . If I was to stop giving my money to this place of business , it will be because of her . Happy 420 to all

Best Dispensary in Las Vegas. Smh The Worst app ever. It take atleast 5-10 tries before it actually places the order. Only because of the app im giving 2 stars. Really a 5 stars outside of that.

Staff lacks sense of urgency and attention to detail. Didn't receive my curbside order until 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. Also I tried to get the 2 for $40 cart deal and they charged me full price after being slow. I wouldn't shop here again or recommend this place to my friends.

Clarify the relationship between charity management/boards and TOL ownership. Seriously consider and pursue employee relations/unionization. Be more competitive regarding pricing and products. Increase or develop new customer incentives such as senior, medical and other discounts/specials. The recent customer appreciation day was a good step in that direction.

Customer service is absolutely horrible , went in on march 11 around 9:30 and the young lady at the counter was very rude and disrespectful with very snarky comments and attitude , I have never entered a dispensary and felt so disrespected in my life . The amount of discrimination and racism i encountered was absolutely absurd. I was told to leave due to my racial status and as I left the young lady continued to make snarky comments to my partner . They discriminate against immigrants. Worst part is both the front desk guys had stupid looks on their faces unable to tell me why they don't take my ID I've used here for YEARS, just that they suddenly DONT. Sad.

Kevin the bud tender is rude and unpleasing to be helped by. Horrible customer service and doesn't know how to interact with his customers. On the other end this dispo is great and the tree is fire.
