These people are fake. What's the point of acting like you care, replying to reviews and ignoring when reaching out. Sent the business a message ,only fot them to read and ignore my message. Terrible customer service all the way around. They ignore emails and messages. They do not care to address my issue. Just don't come on here pretending like you care,coward.

For my first couple times here, the customer service is pretty trash and uninviting. Their top tier product is pretty good, but if you looking for a friendly place you might want to look elsewhere or just do an online order.
How u put a order in at 3&4pm delivery between 6to8 delivery nothing came no call text u call an talk to someone there done for the day u can come in wow its almost 8pm its all good GREEN will get my money.PS thank you for messing up my gifts to family.

These people are wonderful, in great spirits and very helpful! They are truly the reason I'm writing this review currently. I think it looks rather poor on your company to have your employees work on Christmas!! We all know the end of the year is when hard-working employees should have a break with their family and enjoy bonuses as an appreciation from their employers. I had a 23 minute wait time estimate which is more than usual compared to when I usually come. I waited MORE THAN 1 HOUR to get help. They only have about 2 people working register. I used to love this place and now I will not be coming back.

Honestly, my fiancé and I have been coming here for a while and it was so great at first but now the past 4 times we have went here, they have been shockingly rude, today was a prime example they stopped doing curbside pick up and no one informed us not even the security standing outside. And when we called they said "we stopped doing curbside" and my fiancé asked "when did yall stop doing curbside pickup ?" And the person hung up mid question. It's one guy with long hair every time I go in there he is rude has no customer service skills every time I go I don't want to go to him if I'm next and he's the one calling my number I let the person behind me go my mother has even told me she doesn't like him asked him how he gets his tips he said he doesn't care about that can't even believe he's still employed with them

People working don't seem to know the products very well. Asked for a disposable vape pen only to find out I bought a regular vape cartridge after being assured that this is a disposable vape pen. Just don't lie/mislead people and learn the products better.
