Overall, we're not pleased with our service. We had to call the office repeatedly to set up the work. Then when they did come, the workers spent 30 minutes eating on our lawn before hastily dragging trees through our back living space and scraping along the house - despite easy access via the back. When reporting the damage done to our property, we were told that the workers had a lot of jobs that day. The trees were lightly trimmed (you could barely tell), steaks weren't removed, etc.... The fisrt time they came out they were early and the when they left the trees were not trimmed properly, the front yard wasn't done and all the waste wasn't removed. After several call backs and e-mails I was finally able to get them out and the job was done properly at that time before they left
I currently have an open complaint with BBB for non delivery of promised service. Very bad experience.

Barbara B. had a tree where the roots were growing underneath her pavement that she wanted us to cut down. The Arborist that went out suggested after cutting the tree down that we grind the stump in order to kill the rootball so she doesn't have further trouble with the roots. She declined the Stump Grinding and after we completed the removal of the tree she wanted the roots that were growing under the slab cut off and insisted that that should be included in the price we quoted. I had a terrible experience with this company before. I would never consider them again. They broke windows and didn't tell me until I noticed it, sent someone with the lowest quality glass to replace who tried to sell me sliding glass wheels for $80 (for a check made out to him personally - give me a break) and the root grinding resulted in the tree re-sprouting up and growing again. Ensure that the Rep. does physically meet with your regarding your needs and not conduct the service over the telephone. When the trimmers came to work they were not informed of what the Rep and my conversation.
Come when promised and did work as promosed
Never do business with this firm. A 30-40 year old Palo Verdi, the signature tree of our home, was mistreated and died. Lots of verbal promises that don?t end up in writing and are not followed through. Their work was not performed as advertised. Their response to resolve this matter was that we were forwarded their attorneys? contact information.
Firsrt crew arrived as scheduled, foreman proceeded to direct crew to pretty much chop down the tree instead of simply trim back branches off limbs. Managed to stop them from completely destroying it and their 'expert', Joe was more interested in CYA than resolving the issue and was utterly worthless. Sebastian made arrangements for new crew to come in and salvage the tree - did good work, communicated well with me to aesthetically undo the damage the previous crew did. bottom line?
