Having a hotel with options inside is the best experience anyone stay could be The only thing I did not like about the property was when asking for staff to clean the room when someone didn’t come to do so I was told that they didn’t have my room and how I needed to call house cleaning which I thought was part of morning and evening cleaning for rooms, but the property itself is a great place to stay and I will use this location again Very nice staff and the hotel has many things inside to do which is great for people who do... read more

Go for the cheapest room. Don't pay more for ocean view. I regret paying for the ocean view room, which costed twice the other room just to have a cloudy window that faces the next building. Carpets were stained with something red. Slight smokey air in the room. Also, every small addition would cost at least 20$ more. So fun! Escalator in Havana was broke a few times The variety of night life
Fun new adventure Read above. Our 65th BD bash was around the roof top pool and bar. We did not understand we could not get a sear if we did not pay in advance to reserve. We enjoyed the pool but hugged our stuff at waters edge while all the reserved seats remained vacant all day. We should have had option to move once someone came. Drinks were good poolside. It was clean quiet NA Convienent
My day was very comfortable and relaxing is what I needed There was a little issue with the door when I would scan it would do a lot of clicking so I don’t know if it was you know locked some of the times so I just kept checking it to make sure but other than that it was awesome I stayed in the Havana Tower, which is pretty much close to everything. Parking lot hotel was close to where my room was as well.
