Good Having to pay $15 more to check in 30 minutes early, being so far away in the Chelsea Tower. Not having access to a microwave in the entire property. Not having later night room service. Being able to check in and out from a kiosk for faster service.

The restaurants and the casino were great!! however the room was not clean correctly! it was very dusty, the sink was cl When you get there, if you don’t pick this type of room you want when you are booking, they will automatically stuff you in the Chelsea Tower!!!! which is the furthest tower in the entire hotel!!! The location is excellent but…..
