Pleasant 1. The self check in kiosk is horrible. I tried to scan the barcode and couldn't do it' the CSR came over he couldn't do it' he scanned my ID and it kept saying identifying my name and so on and still did not work. He had to go to the computer and look me up. There were 2 other people having the same problem. 2. My rm was in the Chelsea Tower. Over all ! We had a great time!! The water pressure in the shower was not good at all. It was very nice. So convenient. We seen a concert in the show room. There were plenty of resteraunt clubs and shopping all in the casino!

Very Good We really thought the past few times that the elevators needed cleaning and many of the staff were wearing masks and made communicating extremely difficult and we noticed masks expressing political opinions and we come to your property for entertainment and to relax . The majority of your guests I’m sure are coming to forget about every day pressures . Difficulty in communicating and very controversial face coverings make it stressful and uncomfortable.
