Very Good
Good Bed was uncomfortable. It heart my back Big room. clean
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re sorry the bed caused back discomfort, but we’re glad you enjoyed the spacious, clean room.
Overall satisfied with the experience and the facility The lighting in the room was extremely poor. Only way to get enough light was to have the curtains completely open multiple elevators out causing large delays going up and down. Plenty of choices for drink and food at this location. Overall, the facilities are great.
Business response:
We strive to improve based on your feedback, and we’re sorry the room lighting and elevator delays affected your stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the variety of food and drink options and found the facilities great overall.
