Every body was great first time staying there at front desk Shelly and Sothx maybe spelled Sothy very nice told me where I was going what floor. I appreciate all the help they gave us we had a good time. Hope to stay again have more weekends coming up give me a deal I'll stay with use or not to be mean have to shop other hotels when I come down but for now use were great #1 in my book in hospitality.thank you

The Tropicana was a nice experience, however to find the room was very confusing, it took me over 30 minutes to find our room. However the stay was excellent, the staff was friendly and the restaurants were fantastic. I'll definitely would visit again.

Room had a slight smokers odor, but it was clean. Otherwise my stay was comfortable.
