Wonderful Just the two small holes that were in my ceiling in Room 1687 the security guard knows where they are they initially appeared to be spiders. The person who answered the phone initially put me on hold and never returned, and when I called back, she hung up on me. Otherwise I have no complaints Devin was exceptionally professional, and so was the young lady who was working with him when I had a small issue. They handled everything. Convenient stay for the convection center. Carpet was dirty, chair was dirty. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet and great price. Nice to have a variety of restaurants to choose from without having to go outside.

Great location, i love the Boogie Nights they have on the weekends. Great restaurants! Love the Cuba Libre. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Otherwise everything else was fine. Location, clean. Great night entertainments.

Hotel room average at best, Casino and hotel amenities very nice! Location is great! Was supposed to be ocean view although you had a little view from the far corner of the room, called front desk they were unable to change our room or refund anything, paid allot for our room considering it was January. The bathroom sink was clogged. the pool was closed because the lifeguard didn't make it in which was a disappointment. We really wanted to swim. Parking for overnight guests should be included.
