Some hall noise but nicer than West Tower I could hear noise from the hall way. The Havana Tower is much.nicer than the other Towers. .

Pleasant West Tower was the room I initially chose and when I went into the room it was smelly and dirty. Not a nice room at all. West Tower was terrible. Never will select that Tower. The Havana room i liked. The receptionist helped us to get a new room because the room we had was smelly and messed up. West Tower was horrible.....

Exceptional Housekeeping Never picked up...we called MANY DIFFERENT times and all we wanted were two extra pillows for my moms back and legs. I even texted... nothing... someone Finally called me back HOURS later and she did FINALLY receive her pillows but, she was stressed about it all afternoon thinking she may not get them in time. RABIYA at the front desk was Amazing on every level! She made our experience smooth and memorable!

It was ok for a quick trip! Probably will not be back for a room. Restaurants and other Facilities were great! I did not like the floor with no carpet! I felt that I was echoing when I spoke on the phone. No pictures on the wall. Too plain for me!

Will visit again The bathroom was very out dated. Plumbing was noisy and awkward. Lots to do and eat.
