It’s was very refreshing. There was black stuff in the bathroom sink & the refrigerator didn’t work. It was really relaxing & comfortable.

Very Good How far it was away and different elevators to get where we need to go

Very Good We booked our stay through a third party site and chose the king or 2 queen bed option. When we arrived, the king was offered, I asked if a room with 2 queens was available, she stated that there was availability but would have to charge me an extra $60. She stated that this was an “upgrade” even though I chose an either/or option where both were available.
