Good for an overnight. If relagated to the South Tower, leave it at that! The South Tower is like an attached hotel to the main Trop facility. You could not reenter from the lobby of this building only exit. Its something of a maze until you get used to things. Probably should NOT have used express check in as they can assign any room they want. Live and learn. The room was clean however the floor and the rooms of the South Chelsea Tower were extremely dated. The main areas looked like they were better taken care of.

Very fun, very clean, very cozy- exactly what my fiancé and I were hoping for. The only qualm I had was that I had booked an ocean view room and although we could see the ocean if we angled ourselves, I had thought that it was going to be a direct ocean view. No big deal, but good to know for the future! The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy! The floor we were on was very quiet, I think we might have accidentally been the noisiest ones. The updated bathroom was easily my favorite.

Good experience, clean, fun and memorable Not enough servers asking if we wanted a drink at the casino while playing, played slots for 3 days and were only approached by one server Staff very friendly and helpful, fun atmosphere, great selection of shops and restaurants

Exceptional The only thing I would say that I don’t like was how huge the facility is. I think there should be more signs and directory boards. Otherwise, my overall experience was perfectly fine. The room was clean. All amenities worked. Staff very helpful.

Rooms comfortable.. Check the desk chair. The hallways smell like dirty diapers. Very smelly. Someone should be at the guess station by the check in even if was for a short period time. A guest had a hard time using the guest kiosk. Easy to get to. I like the court yard to the casino. Clean walk through.

Exceptional The only thing that I didn't like was that the line was pretty long upon check in. I really enjoyed our hotel stay. It had different activities for the whole family such as the IMAX theater, shopping, and sports center that my young adults enjoyed. The casino was very clean and had various slot machines. The restaurants were AMAZING because of such variety . Overall we had a great time.
