Good lication right on the beach/boardwalk Lines for the elevator & dirty windows on the outside Nice rooms in south tower, nice stores, everything under one roof
Business response:
Thanks for noting the elevator lines and windows, Ashley. We're glad you enjoyed the south tower rooms and convenient amenities!
Specify tower you want at booking The last 2 times there were tower problems and check in problems. This time no air-conditioning in the club and not cool in the room I think it was the whole Solara tower. Also sold out gotta fix this! Gave a 30 credit:(prob should have been more. Normally good value
Business response:
We acknowledge your feedback, Theresa. We regret the air-conditioning and check-in issues in the Solara tower. We're glad you find value here normally.

Best vacation in a long time! Maybe have a second bed for the bigger suites. Parking was great. Easy to move around the building. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Thrilled you had a great vacation! Thanks for the suite feedback and kind words about our parking and staff.
This is my favorite hotel No house keeping came to clean, no towels. Room door look was lose needed screws. I requested any birthday card for my wife although I informed that it was my wife’s birthday but nothing. Elevators are not working. Breakfast was good, location was excellent
Business response:
We apologize for falling short with housekeeping, towels, door lock, and elevators, Mohamed.
