We stayed only ine night in the Chelsea Tower. Our room was very old, plug on wall didnt work..I was just disappointed

We were charged fees for towels and chairs on the beach over and above the $29.00 resort fee. There was an early check in fee. This was not defined on the Expedia site. Several ice machines were out of order, (had to travel to several different floors to get ice) housekeeping was not responsive to amenity needs upon check in, staff was not knowledgeable in offering directions around the property. While the room itself was clean, there were several maintenance issues, and the general public areas were not clean
