Excellent value, very nice hotel, but service should have been better. I didn't like that the Resort fee was not included in the price shown during the search - it seemed sneaky. The check in and check out were very poorly staffed. The parking facility was also very poorly staffed. Very nice room, nice hotel and location. Good selection of shops, restaurants and activities.
great value would go back cleaning staff unfriendly, got lost a few times and received wrong directions or no directions great location and food
Checking was quick, customer service was great and was able to walk around and enjoy the facility. The room was clean and service was great.
Pleasant Parking General directions within the hotel - how to go to the room, how to go to the parking. We got lost multiple times owing to very poor directions. ALso, parking is non-intuitive. In some places directions are just wrong.
Okay place to sleep. Confusing tower locations. Have to spend $5 to get a free beverage in the a slot machines. Bathrooms were weirdly sized (too big) and felt motely. hard floors in the rooms. Beds were too hard, and pillows were too tiny. Proximity to the boardwalk. Very lively casino atmosphere and lots of restaurants connected inside. Starbucks!

I can't wait to come back again when the weather is a bit warmer and I can enjoy the beach. Not as many cocktail waitresses as I would have liked. It took quite a long time to get a drink while at the slots. The room was extremely clean and well kept. My room did not look out at the beach as it was in the tower by the pool. I'm hoping the next time to get a water view.
Very Good toilet was way too low . place was huge and very confusing to get around . especially with a handicap person . it took 3 different elevators to get to our room clean
it was awesome! honestly nothing comes to mind… so much entertainment, and food
