Definitely worth the money and definitely will come back soon! I loved the shower in my room I loved that the tropicana really has everything you need inside of their resort. amazing DJs at the clubs, and also food al over . my only complaint is the bathrooms by the pool can be wiped out more often., but other than that it was really good. The tropicana resort is family friendly, and I loved the none smocking section a lot.
Pheasant Check in is always a hassle. When you pay for everything on line and receive your confirmation number that you provide the self check in kiosk with it doesn’t serve a good purpose when I’ve parked my vehicle in the garage area that is on the Havana side of the hotel which I like to stay in because it’s on the same side that the kiosk are stationed at and once I check in. I can go straight to the elevators and go to my designated room but instead I get referred by the kiosk to go to the hotel check in desk which enta... read more
Pleasant Had to walk really far to get to our room in West tower. Had to carry luggage all thru casino to get there. Non-Smoking room was ok but didn't matter bc people still smoke in casino so you are exposes to smoke no matter. Then, one hook in bathroom for everyone. No where to hang clothes and towels. Very bare bones room for over 250/night. Convenient to beach and boardwalk and other casinos.

Average hotel in AC with a lot of restaurants and bars Parking cost $20, and given the high cost of the room and resort fee, I think it should be free. The rooms are pretty old - I've stayed in several towers here before and never got an updated room, so can't say if they even exist. The hotel is dated but we don't really go there for a luxury experience. It's also very confusing to walk around the hotel given how many buildings it is.
